My name is Zion Sapien, I am currently fluent in 3 languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese and I have a yearning desire to continue learning more languages. I have many family members who are also fluent in many languages, one of my cousins is fluent in 5 languages! No matter where you are and at what level you can always start to improve. 

There are tons of applications to use when learning a new language, perhaps you have heard of some. One very popular app is Duolingo, this app is laid out like a game and has various levels to it. Duolingo helps you by having you practice using vocabulary and forming sentences. 

One app you may not have heard of is called Anki. I first was recommend Anki by my cousin who is fluent in 5 languages, he spoke of Anki as being the main app that helped him memorize languages. Anki is a flashcard app that has built in graphical charts that show you how you are learning and progressing. To start with Anki you need to download the software at https://apps.ankiweb.net/ after the software is download you can begin making your flashcards. After you have flashcards you can then study, what makes Anki different is how it is laid out. On Anki after flipping a flashcard to reveal the answer there is 4 options to choose from and those are again, hard, good, and easy and based on which you choose the flashcards will be spaced out. For example if you choose the again option it is because you didn't remember the answer and need to review right away. The good option is because you memorized and remembered the answer and your review on that particular flashcard will be spaced out in time for your next review. Anki could be another very useful tool to consider when you are learning a new language.
